My Story

I've been fascinated by Qatar and the GCC for over 20 years.

After 25 years managing international IT operations and coaching 170+ professionals through career transitions, I kept seeing the same pattern:

The most qualified French candidates would fail in Qatar — not because of skills, but because of positioning.

They applied Paris strategies to a Doha market.

They didn't understand how Gulf hiring actually works.

They gave up, frustrated.

That's when I knew: my dual expertise (executive who hired internationally + HEC Paris certified coach) combined with my long-standing interest in the region could solve this.
